Grossman Joins Littler Mendelson in NY
Deidre A. Grossman, an Employee Retirement Income Security Act
(ERISA) litigator, has joined the Littler Mendelson, P.C. law firm as a
shareholder in its New York office.

According to an announcement, Grossman has been litigating ERISA and employee benefits disputes for 17 years, representing plan sponsors, fiduciaries, service providers, and single employer and multi-employer plans. Grossman has handled a large range of cases, from class action lawsuits alleging violation of ERISA’s fiduciary duty and prohibited transaction provisions, to individual claims for benefits and interference and retaliation issues.
Grossman also has international experience as being a solicitor in England and Wales and practicing U.K. pension law in London for four years.
She received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School cum laude and B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
