Voya Partners Expands SinglepointAI Partnership

Voya Financial Inc. announced a new application programming interface integration with SinglepointAI Inc. that will add artificial-intelligence-enabled technology and data connectivity to the retirement plan onboarding process for third-party administrators.

The integration will connect SinglepointAI and Voya’s digital onboarding platform to reduce manual processes, improve data accuracy and deliver a more streamlined onboarding.

Amplify Launches Custody Solutions for RIAs

Amplify Technology LLC launched Custody Command Layer, an integrated platform solution for independent registered investment advisory firms, enterprises and platforms, integrated with the Goldman Sachs Group Inc.’s Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions. The integrated platform delivers the custody account opening operations and capabilities of GSCS, with client data flowing directly into Amplify’s artificial-intelligence-powered data.

The platform’s core capabilities include custody infrastructure unified into a single operational core. Custody Command Layer is accessible online through a custodian’s account operations, from opening to funding, trading and maintenance. The platform is expected to eliminate data fragmentation and to combine custody, trading, investment management, service and billing data into a single environment built for independent advisers.

First Recon AI Rolls Out AI Security Platform

First Recon AI publicly launched AI Security Runtime, a platform expected to govern and secure how enterprises use artificial intelligence across an organization.

Runtime inspects every AI interaction (human to model, agent to tool, and agent to agent), applies policy inline before data reaches a model, and records every decision as audit-ready evidence.

AI Security Runtime includes its proprietary Semantic Security Engine, which reads the meaning, intent and context of every interaction, rather than relying on pattern matching. It also draws on First Recon’s Security Context Graph platform that connects interactions, identities and data sources so that detection grows more accurate with use. First Recon AI joins both programs with semantic data security, shadow AI discovery, agent security and cost controls under one policy surface.

AI Security Runtime also includes an endpoint agent built to govern AI use across macOS and Windows devices, including AI tools the enterprise does not own or host and which can stop sensitive data from leaving the device.

GReminders Automates CRM Data Extraction With New Launch

GReminders Inc. a meeting and automation management platform for financial advisers, has released GReminders Forms, an artificial-intelligence-powered field extraction tool that automatically updates records in Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce and Salesforce Overlays directly from uploaded intake documents and meeting transcripts.

GReminders Forms lets users securely drop completed client documents such as intake forms, financial questionnaires and account applications. The embedded AI agent scans the document, compares new information against the existing customer relationship management record and highlights recommended updates side-by-side.

The functionality also integrates with the GReminders AI Notetaker. When a client shares personal or financial details verbally during a consultation, the AI extracts those details from the meeting transcript.

The system is fully customizable. Administrators can activate AI forms within their CRM integration settings so that the system auto-identifies standard and custom fields. Users can write natural-language prompts for each custom field to train the AI agent for optimal extraction accuracy.

Advisor360 Releases ‘Meeting Prep’ Agent

Advisor360 LLC launched Meeting Prep, an artificial intelligence agent that delivers zero-click meeting preparation. Drawing from existing client data within the Advisor360 platform, Meeting Prep automatically generates a personalized agenda before every client meeting, surfacing changes, outstanding items and client priorities. 

In live adviser testing, Meeting Prep reduced pre-meeting preparation time by 60%, according to the company’s announcement. Meeting Prep is part of Advisor360’s VIDA, a suite of AI agents and skills designed to automate operational workflows.
