In this role, Ziccardi will focus on relationships with third-party administrators (TPAs), broker/dealers, investment-only and platform providers.
In addition to focusing on business relationships for 401(k) Rekon (a research and education company for the 401(k) industry), Ziccardi will also oversee product development for private-label 401(k) events offered through Rekon Event Management, a new division of Rekon Intelligence.
Ziccardi was previously working as the national sales director for Mutual of Omaha. He has experience as a registered investment adviser (RIA), retirement plan consultant and national sales manager. While at Mutual of Omaha, he oversaw a 10-fold increase in TPA relationships, and helped establish selling agreements with more than 200 broker/dealers, according to 401(k) Rekon.
