Two FAs Form Colorado Advisory Firm

Financial advisers Steve Jones and Seth Gunderson have formed Tenacity Investment Group, an independent Longmont, Colorado-based firm offering services through Raymond James Financial Services.

 

A news release said Trinity provides customized investment and financial planning services to individuals, families, and business owners.  Jones and Gunderson have more than 30 years of combined experience working at traditional broker-dealers.

Most recently with Wells Fargo as a vice president and senior financial adviser, Jones has also worked at Fleet Boston and Charles Schwab. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona.

Gunderson, vice president of Tenacity Investment Group, also worked most recently with Wells Fargo as a financial adviser and, prior to that at U.S. Bancorp and Key Investments. He holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Regis University in Denver.

Joining Jones and Gunderson is Mindy Kennie, the firm’s assistant vice president and office manager. Kennie has experience at companies including Morgan Stanley, Ameriprise, and Bank of America.

According to the announcement, Jones and Gunderson’s total combined production is more than $1 million and they manage $140 million in client assets.
