A company announcement said financial representatives serve Lutherans and their family members by providing financial guidance and solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. Thrivent said it consistently maintains above industry-level retention rates for financial representatives.
The hiring campaign is nationwide, with hiring being done locally through Thrivent Financial’s 28 regional financial offices across the country. New representatives will receive support from both their local office staff and corporate staff headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Appleton, Wisconsin.
One draw to be a Thrivent Financial representative is the organization’s multimillion-dollar charitable giving and the ability to volunteer with its nearly 1,400 volunteer chapters, according to the announcement.
