Bluespring Wealth Partners adds 3 executives; Financial Planning Association appoints CEO; Envestnet names new CTO; and more.
Bluespring Wealth Partners Adds 3 Executives
Bluespring Wealth Partners LLC added three executives to its leadership team and two members to its business development team.
Adam Sokolic was named head of business operations and integrations; Rochelle Levy was named chief compliance officer; and William Salmen was named head of mergers and acquisitions.
Sokolic has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in mergers and acquisitions, platform integration, and retirement and wealth management operations. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer for retirement and private wealth at Hub International, where he spearheaded acquisition strategy.
Levy has more than 15 years of experience and previously served as chief compliance officer for capital markets, private bank and wealth management at City National Bank.
Salmen joined Bluespring from Galway Insurance Holdings, where he was vice president of acquisitions and business development. His experience included Galway’s acquisition and integration of Mai Capital Management, a $35 billion registered investment adviser.
Jonathan Ballenger and Tyler Schlater joined Bluespring as regional business development directors and will work alongside Josh Bartholomew, head of business development.
Financial Planning Association Names Dennis Moore CEO

The Financial Planning Association appointed Dennis J. Moore as CEO. Moore had been serving as interim CEO and chief operating officer since February.
Moore previously served a six-year term on the FPA’s board of directors, including as FPA president in 2022, and also served as president of FPA chapters in Dallas/Fort Worth and West Texas.
“I often tell people FPA had a lot to do with the success of my career,” Moore said in a statement. “It also isn’t lost on me that I am taking the helm of this organization at its 25th anniversary. We are thoughtfully innovating to provide the best member experiences and opportunities for the next 25 years.”
Moore was also an adjunct professor of financial planning at Texas Tech University, where he is currently pursuing his doctorate in personal financial planning.
Envestnet Appoints Bhaskar Peddhapati as CTO

Envestnet Inc. appointed Bhaskar Peddhapati as its chief technology officer. Peddhapati will report to CEO Chris Todd and oversee technology, engineering and information security across the company.
Peddhapati will be “infusing artificial intelligence into every layer of [Envestnet’s] platform,” according to the announcement.
A technology and product executive with more than 25 years of experience, Peddhapati most recently served as senior vice president and head of mortgage technology solutions at Cotality (as CoreLogic Inc. was renamed in March). Prior to Cotality, he served as global head of technology at NielsenIQ and held senior roles at Wells Fargo.
FPSB Elects Caroline Dabu as Next Board Chair

The Financial Planning Standards Board Ltd., which sets financial planning standards for numerous countries, announced that Board Chair-Elect Caroline Dabu will begin a two-year term as board chair on April 1, 2026, succeeding Andrea Middel. Supporting Dabu, Eunice Chen.
Dabu has more than 25 years of experience in wealth management and has held senior roles including principal in VSGS Advisory Services Inc. She previously chaired multiple nonprofit and for-profit, boards including the Financial Planning Standards Council of Canada and the Canadian Centre for Financial Planning.
The FPSB also announced that two new board members, Amyr Rocha Lima and Amy Richardson, will serve three-year terms beginning on April 1, 2026. Lima currently serves as managing director at Strategic Wealth Partners and was previously chairman of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments’ Financial Planning Forum. Richardson serves as director of advisory services at TCI Wealth Advisors Inc. and has been on FPSB’s professional standards committee since 2021.
IRALogix Appoints Susan Canavari as Chief Marketing Officer
Fintech provider IRALogix Inc. appointed Susan Canavari as chief marketing officer, a newly created executive position. Canavari has an extensive background in developing and executing integrated marketing and brand strategies across business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets.
Before joining IRALogix, Canavari held senior marketing and brand leadership roles at Sundae, TIAA, JPMorganChase and Chase Consumer Bank. She also held leadership positions at several advertising and marketing agencies, including McgarryBowen, Publicis Groupe/Digitas and Ogilvy & Mather.
Canavari earned a bachelor of science degree in communication and management from Miami University in Ohio and an MBA in marketing from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.
GW&K Partner Mary Kane to Retire

GW&K Investment Management LLC, an investment management firm that offers equity and fixed-income strategies, announced that Mary Kane, a partner and taxable bond portfolio manager, will retire on September 30, 2026.
Kane joined GW&K in 2005 and was named partner in 2011. During her tenure, the firm’s taxable bond strategies grew to more than $6 billion from $718 million.
Brett Kozlowski, who joined the firm as a portfolio manager in February, will have a key role in continuing the team’s strategic investment process. Kane will continue to contribute to strategic decisionmaking as a member of the firm’s investment, responsible investment and global allocation committees.
GW&K had $52 billion in assets under management as of September 30.
