Rothschild Wealth Partners Names Sean Kelly as Vice Chairman

Rothschild Wealth Partners announced the appointment of Sean Kelly as vice chairman of the board of directors.

Kelly, a retired managing director at Morgan Stanley, has decades of previous leadership and advisory experience. During his tenure at Morgan Stanley, he co-founded a private wealth adviser team managing more than $2 billion in assets and served as regional manager for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. His career also includes roles at Goldman Sachs and Bank of America.

Investment Company Institute Appoints Andrew Schlossberg as Chair

The Investment Company Institute appointed Andrew Schlossberg, president and CEO of Invesco Ltd., as its new chair. He succeeds the previous two-year chair, Neuberger Berman’s chairman and CEO, George H. Walker, who will now take on the role of vice chair.

Eight new governors were appointed to ICI’s board in the past year, bringing a diverse range of leadership from prominent financial institutions, including BNY and Franklin Templeton.

Kestra Holdings Expands Leadership Team

Kestra Holdings appointed Angela Xavier as a client experience officer, general counsel and head of business development. Xavier will lead a new office opening in Tempe, Arizona, bringing experience from LPL Financial.

Jeremy Carr joined Kestra as a general counsel, and Jim Collins will head business development.

Joseph Aniano to Lead Nationwide Investment Management Group

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. named Joseph Aniano as the new leader of its investment management group, succeeding Kevin Jestice, who became president of Nationwide Retirement Solutions last month.

Aniano has more than 25 years of experience in financial services. He previously served as president of Nationwide Securities LLC, where he led the firm’s direct-to-consumer and business partner investment and advice solutions.

Prior to joining Nationwide, Aniano served in various roles at UBS, BBR Partners and Morgan Stanley.

WealthVest Names Kevin Beard Chief Strategy Officer

WealthVest Inc., a financial services distribution firm, appointed Kevin Beard as chief strategy officer. He will lead a team of key account managers and direct a new initiative, WealthVest Investment Services, that will provide firms with revenue opportunities, streamlined product sourcing, and reduced compliance and supervisory burdens.

Beard, who has more than 30 years of experience in the independent broker/dealer industry, most recently served as the chief growth officer and founding partner at Atria Wealth Solutions.

Grow Capital Promotes Brock McKinley to President

Grow Capital Inc. announced the promotion of Brock McKinley from previous roles as a consultant and president of a subsidiary to company president. In his previous roles in Grow Capital, McKinley leveraged extensive experience in financial services, technology and leadership, according to a company statement that praised his hands-on approach and ability to fuse technology with financial efficiency.
