Manulife to Offer Franklin Templeton Target-Date Offerings
<h2>Manulife Financial has announced a new strategic arrangement with Franklin Templeton Investments under which Templeton LifeSmart Portfolios will be made available to Canadian group retirement clients. </h2>

A news release said the offering is a target-date product with risk overlay options and will be available beginning September 1, 2010.
LifeSmart Portfolios combine the benefits of target date, target risk and active portfolio management, providing performance potential with a simplified investment process, according to the company.
