➜ Cerity Partners LLC has merged with wealth management firm EMM Wealth. As of this transaction, Cerity Partners manages approximately $26 billion in assets.

  Bradley Ridnour has been appointed head of worksite distribution for Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. (MassMutual), responsible for sales of voluntary and executive benefits at the workplace.

  Transamerica has appointed Darren Zino vice president and managing director for U.S. retirement sales, leading Transamerica’s distribution teams for mega, large and midsize retirement plan sales. In his new role, Zino is responsible for driving the company’s market-share growth for workplace plans.

  Pacific Life has named Brian Woolfolk as leader of the company’s new institutional division. The division will bring under one leadership team Pacific Life’s products in the institutional space, including those for pension risk transfer, stable value wrap and federal home loan bank businesses.

➜  Faegre Baker Daniels and Drinker Biddle & Reath have announced their merger, following an affirmative vote by the partnerships of both organizations. The combined firm begins operations as Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath (Faegre Drinker) on February 1.

➜  Charles Schwab has announced that Tom Bradley, a former president of TD Ameritrade’s retail and institutional businesses, will join Schwab’s adviser services business as senior vice president. After the close of Schwab’s acquisition of TD Ameritrade, Bradley will help integrate the two firms’ adviser businesses.

➜  Fiduciary Investment Advisors and DiMeo Schneider & Associates will combine operations. The merger is intended to provide an expanded geographic footprint and increased growth opportunities.

➜  Adam Antoniades of Cetera Financial Group has been appointed as the firm’s CEO and a member of the board of directors. Antoniades had served as Cetera’s president since 2014.
