LaCoursiere holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a master’s of business administration from the University of Chicago. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Budd is a senior fixed-income portfolio manager specializing in the mortgage, asset-backed and agency sectors. He is a founding member of the fixed-income team and is responsible for developing the investment process in use today.
