Forms Logic, Orion Partner on Adviser Transitions

Forms Logic, a cloud-based technology provider, and Orion, a wealth technology platform for advisers, collaborated to streamline transitions for Orion’s clients.

Orion will leverage components of Forms Logic’s migrator solution, which organizes transition data, identifies and pre-populates required paperwork and automates workflows. The tool follows a six-step process: adviser introduction, contract completion, data capture, workflow creation, affiliation and transition execution.

Marsh Introduces BrightPath DC Plan

Marsh introduced Marsh BrightPath, a bundled defined contribution solution designed for multinational employers.

The product provides employers with a global view of how retirement assets are invested, governed and performing across their plans.

BrightPath is available in Australia, Canada, Germany, Ireland, the U.K. and the U.S. It held $116 billion in assets as of June 30 across the platform collectively.

State Street Launches Mutual Fund Share Class of S&P 500 ETF

State Street Investment Management announced the launch of SPYMX, an institutional mutual fund share class of the State Street SPDR Portfolio S&P 500 exchange-traded fund.

SPYMX offers the same underlying exposure as the SPYM ETF through a shared portfolio structure. The share class is available to eligible employer-sponsored and state-sponsored 401(k) and 403(b) plans, as well as other eligible institutional investors.

“Retirement investors shouldn’t have to choose between the operational familiarity of a mutual fund and the scale and efficiency associated with an ETF,” said Anna Paglia, chief business officer at State Street Investment Management.
