Vanilla Launches Mobile Notary Service Through Snapdocs
Vanilla Technologies Inc., an estate planning platform powered by artificial intelligence, launched Mobile Notary, a service provided by Snapdocs, which allows financial advisers’ clients to schedule a notary to meet them at a time and location of their choosing. The service is available to Vanilla clients with a finalized estate plan and can be accessed through the Vanilla dashboard.
The service is intended to help clients complete the execution of estate planning documents, a step that can be delayed when coordinating witnesses and notary services. Clients can book appointments from the Vanilla platform and upload signed documents to their dashboard after completion. Advisers can then track the status of completed paperwork.
Snapdocs has a network of more than 140,000 notaries in the U.S. and supports more than 70 languages.
Vida Partners With AVANT on AI Agent Platform
Vida Global Inc. announced a partnership with Avant Communications Inc. to give advisers access to Vida’s artificial-intelligence-powered platform.
AI agents can operate across voice, text messages, email and chat channels to connect with existing business systems, according to the announcement.
Vida provides the infrastructure, compliance features and billing tools to manage the AI agents. Users can work with multiple AI models, rather than rely on a single provider.
Zocks Releases Claude Skills for Financial Advisers
Zocks Communications Inc. released an artificial-intelligence-powered plugin that includes seven Claude capabilities designed for financial advisers.
The plugin uses information captured by Zocks from prior client meetings and conversations, including client goals, concerns and life events, to assist with adviser tasks such as analysis and creating client-facing materials.
According to Zocks, the plugin can be installed without coding and works through the company’s Claude connector built on the model context protocol. According to the company, advisers can only access information they have prior permission to view in Zocks, and the connection is read-only, meaning Claude cannot modify client data.
