Pearce Financial adds $143M to Osaic; Investcorp invests in Berger Financial Group; Waverly Advisors acquires InVista Advisors; and more.

Pearce Financial Adds $143M to Osaic 

Pearce Financial joined Osaic Inc. from Integrity Alliance LLC, bringing $143 million in client assets.  

The Omaha, Nebraska-based, multigenerational family business is led by AdvisersKevin Pearce and Trent Pearce, a father-and-son team, alongside Planning AssistantsJulie Pearce and Kara Pearce, a mother-and-daughter team. 

Through its affiliation with Osaic, Pearce Financial will have access to an integrated wealth management platform, expanded financial planning resources and operational support. 

Investcorp Invests in Berger Finnacial Group 

Investcorp, an alternative investment firm, invested in Berger Financial Group Inc., a wealth management platform. 

Founded in 1981, Berger provides financial and retirement planning, tax planning and portfolio management services to more than 3,800 clients. The company has more than $3 billion in assets under management, and its management team and financial advisers will continue to be significant owners in the business, alongside Investcorp. 

Investcorp manages $62 billion in assets, according to the announcement, including assets managed by third party managers, and is based out of Manama, Bahrain 

Waverly Advisors Acquires InVista Advisors 

Waverly Advisors LLC, a registered investment adviser, acquired InVista Advisors, a wealth management firm based in Montgomery, Alabama, with $332 million in assets under management as of July 21. 

Carl McDonald, InVista’s founder and CEOMichael Barrancoits chief operating officer; and Austin Barranco, partner and financial adviser, will join Waverly as partners and wealth advisers. 

The transaction closed on July 24. Waverly managed approximately $35.6 billion in assets as of July 27. 

Corient Taps Seven Bridges Advisors 

Corient Holdings Inc., multi-family office and non-bank wealth manager, added Seven Bridges Advisors LLC, a New York-based registered investment adviser with $4.9 billion in assets under management.  

Seven Bridges was founded by Larry Cohen. Upon completion of the acquisition, Seven Bridges principals will become Corient partners. 

Since its founding in 2020, Corient has grown to include more than 300 partners and more than 2,700 employees managing approximately $535 billion in global assets, as of June 30.  

UBS Hires Tampa Adviser Team 

Three private wealth advisors from Bank of America Private BankJesse Flatt, Lea Ann Drew, Brandon Burns and Carlos Rodriguezjoined UBS Group AG in Tampa, Florida. Along with their team, they oversee approximately $1.3 billion in client assets. 

The team will report to Tampa Bay Senior Market Director Jack Heiss. The market is led by outgoing Market Executive Lane Strumlauf and Market Executive Tyler Hutchens. 

Flatt, Drew, Burns and Rodriguez will advise ultra-highnetworth families and business owners on a wide array of financial services, including investment management, tax strategies, estate planning and asset allocation.  

Flatt previously served as a senior portfolio manager and has nearly two decades of investment management and advisory experience.  

Drew has four decades of industry experience and most recently served as served as a senior trust officer.  

Burns most recently served as a market investment executive and senior portfolio manager for Central and North Florida.  

Rodriguez spent 12 years at Bank of America Private Bank as a wealth strategies adviser and brings 30 years of experience.  

UBS managed $6.9 trillion of invested assets as of the first quarter of 2026.  

William Tax & Financial Services Join LPL Financial 

Advisers of Williams Tax & Financial Services joined LPL Financial LLC’s broker/dealer and registered investment adviser platform. The team, which reported serving $340 million in advisory, brokerage and retirement plan assets, joined from Cetera Financial Group.  

Based in Los Angeles, Williams Tax & Financial Services is led by Financial Adviser Steve Williamswho has two team members, Jobel Rentino and Kirk Hunter.  

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. supports more than 32,000 financial advisers and approximately $2.3 trillion in brokerage and advisory assets.  

Arax to Buy Transcend Capital Advisors 

Arax Advisory Partners LLC, a wealth management company, will acquire Transcend Capital Advisors, a registered investment adviser that had more than $3 billion in assets under management as of June 30. 

Transcend serves more than 1,000 clients and is led by President and CIO Jacob Grossman and Head of Fixed Income Robert Brown 

The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of the year.
