F&G Annuities joins Voya Financial’s annuity platform; Vanguard adds 17 funds to investor choice program; and more.
F&G Annuities & Life Joins Voya Financial’s Annuity Platform
F&G Annuities & Life Inc. and Voya Financial Inc. announced a new distribution agreement, making F&G’s full suite of annuity products available through Voya’s Wealth Management platform. The partnership expands access to F&G’s fixed-indexed annuities, registered index-linked annuities and multi-year guaranteed annuities for Voya’s clients.
The collaboration allows Voya financial professionals to offer clients more options for retirement income and wealth protection, combining F&G’s competitive product line with Voya’s integrated advice and distribution network.
Vanguard Expands Investor Choice Program With 17 New Funds
Vanguard Group Inc. expanded its Vanguard Investor Choice program, adding 17 investment funds and making an additional 2 million investors eligible to participate. The move brings the total number of eligible investors in the program to 22 million, representing more than $3.6 trillion in assets.
The program now covers 32 funds, including additions such as the Vanguard Energy Index Fund, Vanguard S&P Mid-Cap 400 Index Fund and Vanguard S&P Small-Cap 600 Growth Exchange-Traded Fund, broadening opportunities for individual investors, advisers and retirement plan sponsors to make their voices heard on key shareholder matters.
State Street Expands Actively Managed Target Maturity ETF Suite
State Street Investment Management launched five actively managed target maturity high-yield corporate bond exchange-traded funds, further expanding its MyIncome ETF suite. The new ETFs, covering maturities from 2027 through 2031, are designed to simplify bond ladder construction for investors seeking predictable cash flows and enhanced income opportunities.
The ETFs are actively managed to balance yield maximization with capital preservation, liquidity and risk management. Each fund distributes any remaining principal and liquidates in its maturity year. As of January 31, the MyIncome ETF suite had $298 million in assets under management.
VistaShares Launches ETF Tracking Appaloosa Management
VistaShares introduced the VistaShares Target 15 TEPRTantrum Contrarian Distribution ETF, the newest member of its Legends + Income lineup. The ETF is designed to mimic the 20 largest U.S.-listed stock holdings of David Tepper’s Appaloosa Management L.P., as disclosed in public filings, while targeting an annual distribution yield of approximately 15% through an options-based income overlay.
TPRY tracks the BITA VistaShares TEPRTantrum Select Index, updated quarterly based on Appaloosa’s latest 13F filings. The fund combines concentrated equity exposure with a data-driven options strategy, aiming to provide both core equity performance and high monthly income for investors seeking diversification and income.
