Wealthspire Starts ‘Find Your People’ Development Program for Advisers
The initiative offers workshops about financial advisers’ business practices, mentorship and skills training.
Wealthspire Advisors LLC, an independent registered investment adviser and an NFP company, launched its “Find Your People” initiative—a professional development program to help financial advisers expand client relationships and grow their personal brands and businesses.
The program’s workshops and trainings include: adviser branding; media and AI training; expanding networks through client referrals; and building long-term professional partnerships. Senior advisers can also learn how to build their legacy and successions strategy while mentoring junior talent.
According to Wealthspire’s announcement, “Find Your People” was created to help Wealthspire advisers develop “stronger brand alignment” and client experiences “rooted in emotional intelligence and trust.”
“We believe the future of financial advice lies in authentic relationships and personalized service,” said Michele Walthert, Wealthspire’s managing director and head of adviser success, in a statement. “Our goal is to ensure every adviser has the opportunity to grow a practice rooted in purpose and impact.”
On September 3, Aon PLC announced the sale of a significant majority of NFP Corp.’s wealth business—including Wealthspire Advisors—to the investment firm Madison Dearborn Partners LLC. The deal is expected to close in the year’s fourth quarter.
