MassMutual Retirement Services Institutional Sales Team Adds Two
MassMutual Retirement Services has two new Managing Directors of Institutional Sales, effective May 1.

Joe Connell will be responsible for developing and supporting MassMutual’s third party distribution channels in the Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Montana and northwest Wisconsin regions. Replacing Gary Arens, who retired, Connell will report to Evan Gray, Midwest division manager. Connell was previously regional director for RSM McGladrey Retirement Resources.
Also joining the firm is Donna Regner Rizzo who will, in her new position, develop and support third party distribution channels in Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming. Rizzo, most recently a mid-Atlantic corporate retirement sales manager for Merrill Lynch, will report to David Test, Southwest and Western division manager.
