BCG Brings on New Director of Operations

Broker/dealer BCG Securities, Inc. (BCGS), announced the appointment of Mark Barron as director of Operations.

BCG is a full-service broker/dealer and advisory firm specializing in providing investment strategies, financial planning, and retirement plan design to individuals and corporations.

In his new role, Barron will be responsible for refined processes and methodologies, according to BCG release. He will work closely with BCG’s current management, as well as consultants as the firm expands.

Prior to his new role, Barron was senior assistant operations manager at Citi Smith Barney Global Wealth Management, in Philadelphia. His previous industry experience also includes sales leadership positions at PNC Financial Services Group, Scottrade Financial Services, and TD Waterhouse Investor Services.

Redstone Joins Lockton as Retirement Plan Adviser

Troy Redstone joined Lockton Companies in Kansas City as a producer specializing in employer-sponsored retirement plans and investment advisory consultation.

Redstone brings experience in operations, retirement plan services, retirement education, investment advisory, account management, and retirement plan sales, according to a news release from Lockton Financial Advisors, a registered broker/dealer.

Prior to joining Lockton, Redstone worked at Lawing Financial, a registered investment advisory firm, directing their qualified plan operations. He also managed the retirement operations at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network.
