Corient acquires Capital Advisors; Wealthspire’s Ground Control Business Management buys RSL; Integrated Partners adds City Square Wealth Management; and more.
Corient Acquires Capital Advisors
Wealth management firm Corient acquired Capital Advisors Inc., a registered investment adviser based in Tulsa, Oklahoma with $7.8 billion in assets under management, as of December 31, 2025.
Capital Advisors is an employee-owned firm founded in 1978 that is led by CEO Keith Goddard and President Andy Brown, with a staff of 47 financial professionals.
Corient operates as a fiduciary, fee-only wealth management firm in the U.S. under a private partnership model. It had more than 250 partners, more than 1,400 employees and managed approximately $222 billion in assets as of March 31.
Integrated Partners Adds City Square Wealth Management
City Square Wealth Management joined the adviser network of Integrated Partners, a national financial planning and registered investment advisory firm. Based in Charlestown, Massachusetts, City Square has approximately $850 million in client assets, six advisers and nine support professionals.
Through Integrated, City Square will gain access to the firm’s technology and planning infrastructure, including its proprietary Integrated Advisor Dashboard, as well as the CPA Alliance, a nationwide network designed for collaboration of advisers and tax professionals.
Integrated Partners had more than $25 billion in assets under advisement and $18.9 billion in advisory assets as of December 31, 2025.
Du Lac Wealth Services Joins Osaic from LPL Financial
Osaic Inc. announced that Du Lac Wealth Services joined the firm from LPL Financial.
The Cary, North Carolina-based advisory team brings $200 million in client assets.
Du Lac Wealth is led by Managing Director James Mertens, a 20-year industry veteran, alongside Wealth Advisers Garrett Railsback and Kerry Goodman and Client Experience Manager Jaunt’e Smith.
$150M Former Commonwealth Adviser Joins Cetera
Cetera Financial Group, a network of independent retail firms, added Financial Adviser Jack Kasko to its adviser channel, following 10 years’ affiliation with Commonwealth Financial Network.
Kasko’s practice focuses on retirement and pre-retirement planning. He and his Sant Joseph, Michigan-based team at Milestone Wealth Management oversaw $150 million in assets under advisement as of January 6.
As of December 31, 2025, Cetera firms managed approximately $640 billion in assets under administration and $294 billion in assets under management.
Wealth Enhancement Acquires of Sherpa Wealth Strategies
Wealth Enhancement Group, a national independent wealth management firm, acquired Sherpa Wealth Strategies, a hybrid registered investment advisory in Bend, Oregon. The team, led by Founder Brian Stallcop, manages more than $108 million in client assets.
Founded in 2011, Sherpa Wealth Strategies provides retirement planning, tax strategies, wealth preservation and legacy planning. The team has specific experience working with high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners.
The acquisition closed on April 30.
Wealth Enhancement has more than $148.2 billion in client advisory, trust and brokerage assets.
Steward Partners Adds $500M Wisdom Rock Financial Advisory Group
Steward Partners, an independent financial services firm, acquired Wisdom Rock Financial Advisory Group, adding more than $500 million in client assets.
Led by Founding Partner Michael Keys and Adviser Partner Chris Neitz, Wisdom Rock Financial Advisory Group has a seven-adviser team.
Steward Partners had nearly $50 billion in client assets as of March.
