Cafaro Group Changes Name

The Cafaro Group, LLC, a member firm of National Retirement Partners, is now Cafaro Greenleaf.

The company announced that the name change comes with the following personnel changes:

  • Jamie D. Greenleaf has resumed her adviser and partner role after a brief sabbatical. She has been with the firm for 15 years, and a principal and partner since 1995. Greenleaf is a registered investment adviser and is Series 7, 63, 65, is Health and Life licensed.
  • Wayne K. Greenleaf Jr. has joined the firm as an equity partner. He joined the firm as an equity partner in 2007, with the primary focus of business development, strategic partnering, and overall company growth.

Lockton Companies Enter Retirement Plan Services Market

Independent insurance broker Lockton Companies in Atlanta is launching retirement plan consulting services for both corporate and not-for-profit organizations.

Lockton’s Retirement Services practice in Atlanta will provide comprehensive consulting services to 401(k), 403(b), 457, and defined benefit plans, including:

  • Plan Design, Plan Level Benchmarking and Compliance Consulting;
  • Employee Communication and Education Strategy and Planning;
  • Fiduciary Oversight;
  • Investment Policy Statements;
  • Investment Due Diligence;
  • Vendor Management, Searches, and Evaluation;
  • Fee Analysis and Fee Disclosure;
  • Merger & Acquisition Due Diligence; and
  • Executive Deferred Compensation.

To lead the effort, Rusty Lamb has joined the company as Vice President, Retirement Services, according to the announcement. He will be responsible for delivering a holistic approach to large and mid-market clients.
