Savant Wealth Management acquires Richard Brothers Financial Advisors; Wealth Enhancement buys Shufro-Glass Group; Osaic adds $575M advisory team; and more.
Savant Wealth Management Acquires Richard Brothers Financial Advisors
Savant Wealth Management, a registered investment adviser, partnered with Richard Brothers Financial Advisors, an RIA based in South Portland, Maine, with $240.4 million in assets under management. The acquisition closed on June 30.
Brothers Randall Richard, president and chief communications officer, and Neal Richard, principal and chief operating officer, co-founded the firm in 1996. Both Randall and Neal Richard join Savant as member-owners, along with Director of Client Relations Zachary Lauzon and Director of Internal Operations Laura Linscott. The rest of the team will join Savant as employees.
Savant Wealth Management had approximately $55.7 billion in assets under management and $1.5 billion in assets under advisement as of June 30.
Wealth Enhancement Buys Shufro-Glass Group
The Wealth Enhancement Group Inc., a wealth management firm, will acquire the Shufro-Glass Group of Shufro Rose & Co. LLC in New York City. The team of two advisers and three support staff is led by Gregory Shufro and Steven Glass, both principals and senior financial advisers. They managed $760 million in client assets as of June 22.
The acquisition is expected to close in August. Upon completion, Shufro and Glass will become equity holders of Wealth Enhancement.
The Shufro-Glass Group operates within Shufro Rose, a firm founded in 1938. The team provides wealth management services, including investment management and multi-generational wealth planning.
Wealth Enhancement and its registered investment adviser, Wealth Enhancement Advisory Services, had $156.3 billion in client assets, including $5.3 billion in brokerage assets with Wealth Enhancement Brokerage Services, as of May 31.
Osaic Adds $575M Advisory Team
Osaic Inc., a wealth management firm, announced that Tri-State Financial Group, a Cincinnati-based advisory team overseeing $575 million in assets under advisement, has transitioned to Osaic’s Empowered Independence W-2 channel.
Tri-State includes two advisory practices operating from the same branch location, led by Michael George and Michelle Metzger, alongside Advisers Rhonda Matarese and Michael Metzger. The team serves individuals, families and businesses with financial planning and wealth management services.
The team has been affiliated with Osaic through its legacy Lincoln business, with George affiliated since 1981 and Metzger since 1999.
McCormick Private Wealth Launches via Linsco
LPL Financial LLC announced that Financial Adviser Wayne McCormick joined Linsco by LPL Financial to launch McCormick Private Wealth. McCormick reported serving approximately $340 million in advisory, brokerage and retirement plan assets, as of year-end 2025, and joins LPL from Steward Partners.
Based in Manchester, New Hampshire, the McCormick Private Wealth team also includes Advisers Michelle Lauder and Bo Denniston.
McCormick selected LPL for its combination of independence, integrated technology and institutional support, according to the announcement.
LPL Financial Holdings Inc. supports more than 32,000 financial advisers, and it services approximately $2.3 trillion in brokerage and advisory assets.
Horizon Completes Acquisition of Anfield Capital Management
Horizon Investments LLC, a provider of investment and technology solutions, completed its acquisition of Irvine, California-based Anfield Capital Management LLC, an asset management firm with decades of collective experience in fixed-income investing.
With the acquisition, Anfield’s team and its mutual funds, ETFs and OCIO practice will operate under Horizon.
Balefire Wealth Taps New Senior Corporate Solutions Adviser
Balefire Wealth, a registered investment adviser, announced that David Serposs joined the firm as a senior corporate solutions adviser.
Serposs brings more than 15 years of experience serving employers, retirement plan sponsors and nonprofit organizations. His background includes leadership roles with Principal Financial Group and Securian Financial, where he advised organizations on retirement plans, fiduciary responsibilities, employee benefits and participant outcomes.
Element Wealth Advisors Partners With Bluespring Wealth
Bluespring Wealth Management LLC acquired the Kestra Financial-affiliated firm Element Wealth Advisors LLC, an advisory firm headquartered in Atlanta.
Founded by Todd Mitman and Jeremy Reese, Element Wealth Advisors provides financial planning services to individuals, families, retirees and business owners.
Through this partnership, Element gains access to Bluespring’s operational, strategic and technology resources. Element will continue operating under its existing name.
