Another Circuit Court Rules on ERISA Arbitration Rules
The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that certain types of ERISA claims, while brought by individual participants, ultimately belong to the plan as a whole, meaning individual arbitration agreements cannot as a matter of course prevent such claims from proceeding in court.

Tuesday, the Dow lost 84.96 points (0.26%) to close at 32, 160.74, the Nasdaq gained 114.42 points (0.98%) to 11.737.67, and the S&P 500 was up 9.81 points (0.25%) to 4,001.05. The Russell 2000 dropped 0.2913 points (0.02%) to 1,761.79, and the Wilshire 5000  was up 47.67 points (0.12%) to 39,634.21. 

The price of the 10-year Treasury note increased 3/32 lowering its yield to 2.995%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond increased 26/32 lowering its yield to 3.129%.
