Yesterday, the Dow climbed 357.96 points (1.30%) to 27,791.44, the NASDAQ closed 42.63 points (0.39%) lower at 10,968.36, and the S&P 500 increased 9.19 points (0.27%) to 3,360.47. The Russell 2000 gained 15.49 points (0.99%) to finish at 1,584.67, and the Wilshire 5000 was up 86.74 points (0.25%) at 34,354.09. The price of the 10-year Treasury note was down 1/32, increasing its yield to 0.581%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond decreased 27/32, bringing its yield up to 1.254%.
