Wilshire Consulting Adds Actuarial Services

The firm named Jeff Leonard and Harry Reinhart as managing directors for its Pittsburgh office.

Leonard brings more than 25 years of experience providing actuarial services to corporate defined benefit plans. He will serve as head of Actuarial Services for Wilshire Consulting. Reinhart has more than 30 years of experience and will lead client relationship efforts. Most recently, the team worked together at Buck Consultants where Leonard led the North American Retirement Practice and Reinhart led the East Region across all practices.
