Principal Web Site Complements Participant Magazine
The Principal Financial Group launched a site designed to furnish retirement plan participants with financial tips and tools to help them spend less and save more.

The site is an extension of the magazine Plan Ahead. Get Ahead for participants, according to a release. The new site complements the magazine by offering additional retirement planning and topical financial information targeted at varying life stages.
At the Plan Ahead. Get Ahead site (www.principal.com/planahead), participants can find answers to questions about saving money for retirement and making financial moves at different life stages.
The site also offers calculators and other tools. Workers who participate in their employer’s retirement plan from The Principal, for example, can access their account information directly from the Web site, the company said.
