Thursday, the Dow inched upward by 52.31 points (0.20%) to reach 26,815.44, the NASDAQ took on 39.28 additional points (0.37%) to end at 10,672.27, and the S&P 500 was up by 9.67 points (0.30%) to 3,246.59. The Russell 2000 ticked downward by 45.14 points (3.02%) to 1,451.82, and the Wilshire 5000 was up 77.96 points (0.24%) for a 33,245.11 close. The price of the 10-year Treasury note was up 1/32, lowering its yield to 0.665%, and the price of the 30-year Treasury bond was up 26/32, lowering its yield to 1.404%.
