The Russell 2000 rose 14.65 (0.81%) to finish at 1,812.84 and the Wilshire 5000 added 271.77 points (0.70%) to close at 39,022.23.

The price of the 10-year Treasury note decreased 25/32 bringing the yield up to 3.490%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond rose 1/32 bringing the yield to 3.518%.
