The Russell 2000 decreased 9.73 points (0.63%) to 1,542.60, and the Wilshire 5000 lost 306.91 points (0.88%) to finish at 34,375.55.   The price of the 10-year Treasury note was unchanged, with its yield down to 0.696%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond increased 29/32, decreasing its yield to 1.435%.
