| Thursday, the Dow increased 139.16 points (0.52%) to 26,659.11, the NASDAQ climbed 180.73 points (1.64%) to 11,185.59, and the S&P 500 gained 39.08 points (1.19%) to finish at 3,310.11. The Russell 2000 fell 29.13 points (1.83%) to 1,561.58, and the Wilshire 5000 closed 377.58 points (1.12%) higher at 34,216.37.The price of the 10-year Treasury note was down 6/32, increasing its yield to 0.830%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond decreased 1 2/32, bringing its yield up to 1.611%. | |
