The Russell 2000 climbed 26.48 points (1.65%) to 1,630.25, and the Wilshire 5000 gained 236.74 points (0.67%) to finish at 35,660.55.   The price of the 10-year Treasury noted decreased 26/32, bringing its yield up to 0.866%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond fell 31/32, increasing its yield to 1.678%.
