Wednesday, the Dow lost 165.81 points (0.58%) to finish at 28,514.00, the NASDAQ closed 95.17 points (0.80%) lower at 11,768.73, and the S&P 500 decreased 23.26 points (0.66%) to 3,488.67. The Russell 2000 was down 15.89 points (0.97%) at 1,621.65, and the Wilshire 5000 fell 244.13 points (0.67%) to 36,014.90. The price of the 10-year Treasury note increased 22/32, bringing its yield down to 0.728%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond was up 2/32, decreasing its yield to 1.504%.
