Wednesday, the Dow added 367.63 points (1.34%) to finish at 27,847.66, the NASDAQ gained 430.21 points (3.85%) to close at 11,590.78, and the S&P 500 closed 74.28 points (2.20%) higher at 3,443.44. The Russell 2000 increased 53.51 points (3.43%) to 1,615.08, and the Wilshire 5000 climbed 755.21 points (2.17%) to 35,543.97. The price of the 10-year Treasury note increased 1 2/32, bringing its yield down to 0.769%. The price of the 30-year Treasury note climbed 3 1/32, decreasing its yield to 1.549%.
