The Russell 2000 was up 17.28 points (1.16%) at 1,505.96, and the Wilshire 5000 climbed 422.36 points (1.55%) to 27,618.93.   The prices of the 10-year Treasury note and 30-year Treasury bond were down 6/32, increasing their yields to 3.062% and 3.315%, respectively.
