The Russell 2000 was down 3.49 points (0.15%) at 2,327.86, and the Wilshire 5000 was virtually unchanged at 48,300.04.

The price of the 10-year Treasury note was down 4/32, increasing its yield to 1.678%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond decreased 1 6/32, bringing its yield up to 2.035%.
