The Russell 2000 climbed 32.96 points (1.85%) to 1,818.30, and the Wilshire 5000 closed 296.26 points (0.80%) higher at 37,319.44.   The price of the 10-year Treasury note was down 3/32, increasing its yield to 0.856%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond decreased 31/32, bringing its yield up to 1.562%.
