Wednesday, the Dow was up 2.24 points (0.01%) at 25,967.33, the NASDAQ closed 20.44 points (0.26%) lower at 7,943.32, and the S&P 500 was down 4.63 points (0.16%) at 2,879.42. The Russell 2000 decreased 7.34 points (0.46%) to 1,574.97, and the Wilshire 5000 lost 57.51 points (0.19%) to finish at 29.779.61.   The price of the 10-year Treasury note was down 9/32, increasing its yield to 2.488%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond decreased 19/32, bringing its yield up to 2.894%.
