Monday, the Dow gained 40.47 points (0.12%) to close at 33,431.44, the Nasdaq lost 13.27 points (0.11%) to close at 11,675.74 and the S&P 500 gained 2.78 points (0.07%) to close at 4,048.42. The Russell 2000 lost 28.51 points (1.48%) to close at 1,899.76 and the Wilshire 5000 lost 51.09 points (0.13%) to close at 40,399.86.

The price of the 10-year Treasury note decreased 1/32, bringing the yield to 3.968%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond decreased 4/32, bringing the yield to 3.902%.
