Thursday, the Dow rose 92.39 points (0.36%) to reach 25,827.36, the NASDAQ was up 53.00 points (0.52%) to close at 10,207.61, and the S&P 500 was up by 14.15 points (0.45%) to finish at 3,130.01. The Russell 2000 inched upwards by 4.55 points (0.32%) to end at 1,431.86, and the Wilshire 5000 gained 137.65 points (0.43%) for a 31,876.75 close. The price of the 10-year Treasury note was up 0/32, lowering its yield to 0.673%, and the price of the 30-year Treasury bond was down 2/32, increasing its yield to 1.432%. WEEK’S WORTH: For the week ended July 2, the Dow was up 3.25%, the S&P 500 gained 4.02%, and the NASDAQ increased by 4.62%. The Russell 2000 was up by 3.85%, and the Wilshire 5000 was up by 3.89%.
