Yesterday, the Dow fell 751.85 points (2.17%) to 33,936.00, the Nasdaq closed 152.25 points (1.06%) lower at 14,274.98, and the S&P 500 shed 68.67 points (1.59%) to finish at 4,258.49. The Russell 2000 dropped 32.56 points (1.51%) to 2,130.68, and the Wilshire 5000 lost 648.32 points (1.44%) to finish at 44,271.96.

 

The price of the 10-year Treasury note increased 9/32, bringing its yield down to 1.201%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond climbed 2 4/32, decreasing its yield to 1.822%.
