Tuesday, the Dow climbed 556.79 points (2.13%) to 26,642.59, the NASDAQ was up 97.73 points (0.94%) at 10,488.58, and the S&P 500 increased 42.30 points (1.34%) to 3,197.52. The Russell 2000 gained 24.69 points (1.76%) to finish at 1,428.26, and the Wilshire 5000 closed 424.73 points (1.32%) higher at 32,556.55. The yield for the 10-year Treasury note was 0.623%, and the yield for the 30-year Treasury bond was 1.310%.
