The Russell 2000 climbed 23.76 points (1.70%) to 1,422.68, and the Wilshire 5000 closed 355.65 points (1.11%) higher at 32,525.98.
The price of the 10-year Treasury note decreased 25/32, bringing its yield up to 0.643%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond fell 26/32, increasing its yield to 1.334%.
For the week ending July 10, the Dow increased 0.96%, the NASDAQ climbed 4.01%, and the S&P 500 finished 1.76% higher. The Russell 2000 was down 0.64%, and the Wilshire 5000 gained 2.04%.
