Thursday, the Dow gained 124.99 points (0.44%) to finish at 28,859.44, the NASDAQ increased 23.77 points (0.26%) to 9,298.93, and the S&P 500 was up 10.26 points (0.31%) at 3,283.66. The Russell 2000 was down 1.00 point (0.06%) at 1,648.22, and the Wilshire 5000 closed 96.14 points (0.29%) higher at 33,418.22.   The price of the 10-year Treasury note was down 1/32, increasing its yield to 1.591%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond decreased 5/32, bringing its yield up to 2.058%.
