Thursday, the Dow closed 85.73 points (0.29%) higher at 29,969.52, the NASDAQ increased 27.82 points (0.23%) to 12,377.18, and the S&P 500 was down 2.29 points (0.06%) at 3,666.72. The Russell 2000 gained 12.66 points (0.69%) to finish at 1,848.70, and the Wilshire 5000 was up 80.00 points (0.21%) at 38,304.54.   The price of the 10-year Treasury note was up 3/32, decreasing its yield to 0.905%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond increased 29/32, bringing its yield down to 1.657%.
