The Russell 2000 was up 4.37 points (0.28%) at 1,564.56, and the Wilshire 5000 gained 72.46 points (0.20%) to finish at 35,585.41.
The price of the 10-year Treasury note decreased 27/32, bringing its yield up to 0.748%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond fell 2 0/32, increasing its yield to 1.503%.
