Thursday, the Dow was down 192.38 points (0.54%) at 35,213.12, the Nasdaq closed 96.05 points (0.64%) lower at 14,945.81, and the S&P 500 decreased 26.19 points (0.58%) to 4,470.00. The Russell 2000 fell 25.29 points (1.13%) to 2,213.98, and the Wilshire 5000 lost 304.63 points (0.65%) to finish at 46,380.66.

The price of the 10-year Treasury note was unchanged, with its yield up to 1.352%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond increased 24/32, bringing its yield down to 1.948%.
