Monday, the Dow gained 151.39 points (0.45%) to close at 33,912.44, the Nasdaq increased 80.87 points (0.62%) to 13,128.05 and the S&P 500 extended 16.99 points (0.40%) The Russell 2000 elevated 4.73 points (0.23%) to 2,021.35 and the Wilshire 5000 won 159.35 points (0.37%).

The price of the 10-year Treasury note increased 4/32 bringing the yield down to 2.795% . The price of the 30-year Treasury bond was unchanged and the yield lowered to 3.111%.
