Yesterday, the Dow decreased 323.54 points (0.94%) to 34,002.92, the Nasdaq dropped 311.21 points (2.14%) to 14,255.49, and the S&P 500 lost 56.58 points (1.30%) to finish at 4,300.46. The Russell 2000 closed 24.16 points (1.08%) lower at 2,217.47, and the Wilshire 5000 fell 625.64 points (1.38%) to 44,737.11.

The price of the 10-year Treasury note decreased 24/32, bringing its yield up to 1.483%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond was down 3/32, increasing its yield to 2.046%.
