Wednesday, the Dow gained 237.45 points (0.91%) to finish at 26,355.47, the NASDAQ closed 102.72 points (1.30%) higher at 7,976.88, and the S&P 500 increased 31.51 points (1.08%) to 2,937.78. The Russell 2000 was up 12.47 points (0.85%) at 1,484.76, and the Wilshire 5000 climbed 322.67 points (1.09%) to 20,014.25. The price of the 10-year Treasury note was down 1/32, increasing its yield to 1.469%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond decreased 4/32, bringing its yield up to 1.969%.
