Yesterday, the Dow closed 89.37 points (0.35%) higher at 25,758.69, the NASDAQ was up 4.68 points (0.06%) at 7,821.01, and the S&P 500 increased 6.92 points (024%) to 2,857.05. The Russell 2000 was up 5.75 points (0.34%) at 1,698.69, and the Wilshire 5000 closed 97.53 points (0.33%) higher at 29,807.23. The price of the 10-year Treasury note increased 11/32, bringing its yield down to 2.819%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond climbed 23/32, decreasing its yield to 2.983%.
