Yesterday, the Dow increased 55.53 points (0.22%) to 25,119.89, the NASDAQ closed 49.40 points (0.63%) higher at 7,855.12, and the S&P 500 was up 11.12 points (0.40%) at 2,809.55. The Russell 2000 gained 8.72 points (0.52%) to finish at 1,687.26, and the Wilshire 5000 increased 116.81 points (0.40%) to 29,340.41. The price of the 10-year Treasury note was down 2/32, increasing its yield to 2.863%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond decreased 6/32, bringing its yield up to 2.971%.
