Tuesday, the Dow gained 207.06 points (0.82%) to finish at 25,532.05, the NASDAQ closed 87.47 points (1.14%) higher at 7,734.49, and the S&P 500 increased 22.54 points (0.805) to 2,834.41. The Russell 2000 was up 20.06 points (1.32%) at 1,543.06, and the Wilshire 5000 climbed 258.48 points (0.89%) to 29,299.88. The price of the 10-year Treasury note was down 2/32, increasing its yield to 2.416%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond decreased 8/32, bringing its yield up to 2.851%.
